Lose Weight, Eat Healthier, and Exercise
According to my last update I had lost 7 pounds total but hadn’t lost any additional weight in a few weeks. Well I am happy to say that this week I lost another pound for a total of 8 pounds.
My other goal here was to eat out no more than two times per week. The first time I went out to eat and split an entree with my girlfriend so let’s count that as 1/2 and the second time was last night. So 1.5 times is 2 or under and I passed this goal.
I haven’t started any exercise other than walking my dog but I’m not sure what I want to do for more exercise. I’m not a big gym person so we’ll see what I come up with.
My only blog goal for next week is to continue to have my Alexa rank go down. My ranking was 439,242 last Friday and as of yesterday it was down to 345,527. Only 145,526 to go!
Quit Being So Lazy!
My goal for this section was to fix the leak in my sliding glass door. My dad came over last weekend and we got it fixed. It involved some flashing, caulking and a few screws but it doesn’t leak anymore YAY! We also hung one of my new doors and my goal for this week is to hang two more by next week.
